How To Handle a Social Media PR Crisis  

Scott Monty, the former head of social media PR for Ford, spoke at the most recent Dallas Search Engine Marketers (DFW SEM) group. He gave an excellent talk on what to do when you find yourself or your company in a social media crisis.

Scott shared 10 strategies for overcoming any social media crisis and I covered them in an article for DFW SEM: Why You Should Pay Attention to Subway and Donald Trump: 10 ways to overcome a social media crisis by Scott Monty. I thought points #2 and #8 were especially helpful.
