We’re immensely passionate about helping our clients generate amazing content, and now we’re looking for a Client Communication Coach to help us bring out the best in our clients by leading our monthly interview process.
We’re looking for a Client Communication Coach.
This key team member will help our team generate the amazing content Fluxe is known for, as well as act as the client’s advocate and partner during the creative process.
You have previous experience in a client-facing role.
You have edited or reviewed content prior to publication in previous positions, such as emails, newsletters, articles, and blog posts.
You have been told you’re highly empathetic. You are easily able to put yourself into others shoes.
You are a detail-oriented individual. You file your mail and everything has its proper place.
You enjoy communicating via telephone and video call. You pride yourself on your ability to read the emotion in someone’s voice.
You have your own desktop computer or laptop computer, high speed internet access (that is not at a library), as well as a landline phone or cellular phone with excellent reception.
You have a quiet space in which to work.
You are able to accurately type at least 60 wpm.
You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Schedule and conduct client interviews based on questions developed by your team.
Document and record each interview.
Maintain communication with the team to answer questions and provide clarity on the client’s needs and desires.
Edit the client’s content for grammar, tone, and intent.
Fluxe is an online company and our entire team works from home. This position is location independent, though we’d love it if you lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
